Iwagakure
Iwagakure is dominated by spires of rock rising from the ground, connected by arching bridges. A river cuts through the village, providing filtered water and an oasis at the center of the village. It is governed by the Tsuchikage. |

The Mountains of the Earth Country
A rough, untamed, wilderness, the Western Oonoki Mountains sit at the edge of most shinobi maps. Dotted at the southeastern and eastern edges by small mines, for the land is rich in iron, most of it is still unsettled. Rumors of huge beasts, tribes of cannibals, and darker things abound. Every few decades, a Tsuchikage will send a task force to root the evil from the land, but it never lasts. Always the wild creeps back in, and no man who enters the mountains can deny the feeling it produces. |

Tsuchigumo
Tsuchigumo is a region in the Land of Earth frequently used as a training ground by Iwa-nin. The area is marked by eight massive arches, supported by dozens of smaller formations and columns, underlain with an alpine forest and surrounded by sagebrush. |
